Rules for using kodowp.com, its tools and materials.
General provisions
The kodowp.com website (hereinafter, the site) provides free tools for processing images right in the browser. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Copyright
The texts, translations into all languages, descriptions, structure and design of the pages, as well as the program code and scripts of the site, are objects of copyright. All rights belong to the owner of the site.
Use of the tools
The tools of the site can be used free of charge, for personal and commercial purposes, to process your own images. The resulting files belong to you.
What is prohibited without written permission
Without the written permission of the site owner, it is prohibited to:
- copy, reproduce, rewrite and distribute the texts, translations and code of the pages, in whole or in part;
- create mirrors, copies and derivative sites based on the materials of the site;
- pass off the materials of the site as your own;
- automatically collect the content of the site (parsing, scraping);
- embed the pages of the site into other sites, for example via iframe.
Quotation
Short quotations are allowed provided there is an active link to kodowp.com.
Privacy of files
Images are processed in your browser and are not sent to a server.
Liability
The tools are provided as is, without warranties. You are responsible for having the rights to the images you process. We recommend keeping the originals.
Violations
If copies of the materials are found, the site owner has the right to contact the hosting provider, the domain registrar and search engines with a request to remove them, including under the DMCA procedure.
