Kodowp brings together free tools for working with images. The image converter turns files between common and rare formats, and the editing tools, privacy tools and file tools cover most everyday tasks: from preparing a photo for a website to cleaning metadata before publishing.

All pages work in the same way: a file is chosen on your device, processed by the browser itself and saved back. The data is not uploaded to a server, so personal photos, scans of documents and work materials stay with you, and there is no wait for uploading and downloading.

The section for converting into formats includes JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF, ICO, CUR, TGA, PCX, PPM, PGM, PBM, QOI, AVIF and JXL. Each format has a description of its features, so it is easy to choose the one that suits the task, whether it is the web, printing or an icon for a website.

A separate section is devoted to opening formats that are hard to use directly. HEIC photos from an iPhone, Photoshop PSD projects, OpenRaster files and SVG vector graphics can be turned into ordinary pictures, and the ready-made photo can be taken from RAW files of Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Fujifilm and Panasonic cameras, as well as DNG.
