Converter from IIQ
The ready-made photo embedded in Phase One IIQ RAW files is taken and saved as JPG, PNG or WebP. The size may be smaller than the full shot. Everything happens in the browser, files are not uploaded anywhere.
IIQ, or Intelligent Image Quality, is the raw image format of Phase One, a maker of medium-format digital backs and cameras. The files are very large, because sensor resolutions reach tens and hundreds of megapixels.
An IIQ file stores sensor data with a color depth of up to 16 bits, shooting parameters and embedded preview images. The format exists in several quality and compression variants, and the main program for development is Capture One.
You cannot open such a shot in an ordinary viewer or messenger. If you need to quickly show a frame to a client, check focus or send a preview, it is easier to pull a ready-made picture out of the file and not launch a heavy editor.
The IIQ to JPG converter finds the ready-made embedded image inside the file and saves it as JPG, PNG or WebP. Its size may be smaller than the full sensor resolution, and its look matches the camera settings.
The conversion happens in the browser, and your files are not uploaded to a server. Large shots need a sufficient amount of RAM. The results can be downloaded one by one or all at once.
