Converter from ERF
The ready-made photo embedded in Epson ERF RAW files is taken and saved as JPG, PNG or WebP. The size may be smaller than the full shot. Everything happens in the browser, files are not uploaded anywhere.
ERF, or Epson RAW Format, is the raw image format of the Epson R-D1 digital rangefinder camera. It appeared in 2004 as the first digital camera with a Leica M mount and became a notable event for fans of classic lenses.
An ERF file is based on the TIFF structure and contains sensor data, shooting settings and an embedded preview image. Few of these cameras were made, so support for the format in modern programs is limited.
If you still have shots from an Epson R-D1, it is usually enough to get ordinary pictures from them, so that you can open the frames on any device, send them to friends or show them on a website without installing editors that support old RAW formats.
The ERF to JPG converter extracts the embedded ready-made image from the file and saves it as JPG, PNG or WebP. The size may be smaller than the full sensor resolution, and the colors match the camera settings.
Everything happens in the browser, and files are not uploaded to a server. You can add several shots at once and download the results separately or all together. For fine processing, use a RAW editor.
